High School Group Tours and Information Sessions

Thank you for considering Chicago State University (CSU) for your group visit! Our group visits are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

    • Our group visits accommodate groups ranging from 15 to 35 participants and last 2 hours.
    • Visit includes an admissions presentation, a guided tour of our campus facilities, and additional activities tailored to your group's interests and availability.
    • Groups with fewer than 15 participants must schedule a visit with a group visit coordinator at admissions@csu.edu.
    • Students must be accompanied by teachers or adult group leaders (at least one adult per 10 students).

    Friendly Reminders

We limit our schedule to one group visit per day to ensure a personalized experience.

If you have any questions or would like more information, please contact us at admissions@csu.edu.

    Preparing for Your Visit

The 45-minute campus tour involves walking outside and climbing stairs. It will take place unless there is extreme weather, such as lightning or extreme cold. Please dress for the weather and encourage your students to do the same. Tours will be customized to accommodate participants with disabilities.

You can ensure a positive experience for both yourself and your students by adequately preparing them for the visit. The most effective visits are those where students show genuine interest by being attentive to their tour guide and asking questions. We appreciate your help in making the most of your visit to CSU.
